$39.00

27 years of Rhythmic exploration has led to my 18th project in the never ending search for the easier and more comprehensive way to relate the message.
Rhythm In Essence is a manuscript that utilizes the written word, graphics and videos to relate the message of understanding rhythm through movement in a simple direct and multidimensional manner. Dancing or moving to music and water waves like in surfing is the act of participating in the medium of nature which is the best way to feel the gravity of the pulse.

Over 100 moving sequences to practice to in all the basic steps which are universal meaning they are found in all cultures around the world. I have added the element of counting beats so to bring a little consciousness to the practice and relate these basic ideas of coordination to the forefront of the endeavor. Because coordination is at the core of nature and how it is done naturally is represented in many ways, the easiest and most direct is movement.
